To the Glory of God and in loving memory of/ William Henry Denne D.S.O. Major, the Bedfordshire/ Regt., Died 21 February 1917 of wounds received/ at Neuve Chapelle 12 th March 1915, this window/ is dedicated by his wife Ethel Fleetwood Denne.
