It starts out on its journey. The arrival of the canteen is a bright spot in the men's day. Ceylon M of [F] The men on duty in these lonely places take a few minutes off to drink hot tea or smoke a cigarette and hear the news. Often this is the only contact they have with the outside world during the long, lonely weeks between leave periods. Thank you, Ceylon!
