- Description
- Portland Stone tablet, a replacement for original memorial which was too fragile to be moved when old school demolished. It is set in a brick wall with the commemoration at the top, school crest at the centre flanks by names in four columns, WW1 to the left and WW2 to the right. All lettering is black and incised.

- SCHOOL CLOSED IN 1984 AND THE BUILDING WAS DEMOLISHED IN 2003. THE DEVELOPERS AGREED TO CONSTRUCT A NEW MEMORIAL IN WALL SURROUNDING THE BLOCK OF FLATS THEY BUILT ON THE SITE.
- Costs
Comments: The developers, Barrett Homes, agreed to produce and include the Portland Stone in the perimeter wall at their cost. The painting of the Battle of Trafalgar by Charles Edward Dixon was sold in Christies Maritime Sale of 19th November 2003. The proceeds are used to fund the old scholars association for as long as the association exists.
