- Coventry Evening Telegraph 4/2/1921 (page 2) reported at length the unveiling ceremony that had taken place the previous evening in the Recreation Room at City Police Station, including the information that in 1914 the Coventry City Police force had 137 officers, of whom 60 had served in the Armed Forces. - Coventry Evening Telegraph 26/7/1957 (page 5) reported on the opening of Little Park Street Police Station, which had become operational that week.
