Brass plaque with foliate decorative border and a cross in each corner. Inscription is incised with dedication/ names in two columns / dedication. Plaque is framed in wooden frame.

THE MEN OF THIS CHURCH/ WHOSE NAMES ARE INSCRIBED HERE, DIED/ FOR THEIR COUNTRY IN THE WAR OF/ 1914-1919./ (Names)/ THIS IS THE MEMORIAL OF THEIR HONOUR AND OF OUR GRATITUDE/ GOD HAS RECEIVED THEM INTO HIS MERCY AND THEY LIVE IN HIS LIGHT FOR EVER.
