Description
A metal rectangular plaque mounted onto an inside wall of the church. At the top of the memorial is a metal crucifix and in the bottom left and right hand corners are two metal angel figures. The dedication is written at the top of the metal plaque in raised lettering, with the names listed in four columns below.
