- Description
- Wall with pitched tiled roof over curve edge central pediment. The centre wall is mounted with tablets with the names to the left and right and at the centre are three smaller tablets with the dedication, mounted within decorative stepped frames. Small cameo tablets are mounted in two rows on a low flanking wall at either side of the centrepiece.

- The decorative tablets either side of the memorial are from Ashridge House. These replaced the original pre- Second World War panels.
