Description
A railway locomotive of London Midland and Scottish Railway 4-6-0 'Baby Scot' class, named in 1937, with no. 5500. It was renumbered by British Railways 45500, it was withdrawn in March 1961. This locomotive replaced the original London and North Western Railway 'Patriot' (WMR Ref: 19481), and had newly cast curved nameplates, one of which is incorporated in the rugby steam shed memorials (WMR Ref: 19480).
