- Four brass tablets on a wooden base, with fretwork across the top and above the 3 vertical tablets bearing the names
- Inscription
- TO THE IMMORTAL MEMORY OF THE MEN OF THIS PARISH WHO SERVED IN THE GREAT WAR 1914-1918/SOME FELL IN BATTLE, SOME DIED OF WOUNDS & SICKNESS BUT ALL NOBLY DID/THEIR DUTY DEFENDING THEIR KING AND COUNTRY/(NAMES) The left and right hand plaques are headed by the monograph "I.H.S" followed by a list of names of those who survived. The centre plaque is headed with a cross and underneath the names of those who died. The lower portion of this panel also has a few names listed of those who survived.
