THREE STEPPED BASE SURMOUNTED BY PLINTH AND OBELISK. INSCRIPTION IN WHITE LETTERING ON TABLETS AFFIXED TO THE SIDES OF THE PLINTH. CHAIN LIKN FENCE AND POSTS ENCLOSED THE OBELISK WREATH CARVED IN RELIEF AT THE BASE OF THE 6 O'CLOCK FACE OF THE OBELISK
