- Description
- Three-stepped base (first step octagonal plan) surmounted by a square sectioned plinth, tapering square sectioned shaft topped with a Celtic style wheel cross. Radiating from the second and third step levels are cruciform plinth extensions with the projections at right angles to each other. Inscription panels attached to sides of central plinth and projecting faces. Second and third steps are circular in plan. Inverted Sword of Sacrifice on front face of shaft. Two metal seats are placed nearby, having the appearance of Centenary projects.
