- RELIEF SCULPTURE OF A WINGED FIGURE HOLDING AN OPEN BOOK AND RESTING ONE FOOT ON A CANNON. COLUMN CARVED BEHIND THE FIGURE AND WEAPONRY CARVED AT THE BASE. BELOW THIS IS THE INSCRIPTION TABLET WITH INSCRIPTION IN BLACK PAINTED LETTERING CANNON, CANNON BALLS AND OTHER EQUIPMENT CARVED AT THE FEET OF THE WINGED FIGURE. TWO FURLED FLAGS CARVED IN THE BACKGROUND. FAMILY CREST FLANKED BY FRONDS CARVED BELOW THE INSCRIPTION TABLET
