Description
Two-stepped square base surmounted by a skirted, square sectioned plinth, square-footed shaft base concaving to a smaller rectangular sectioned shaft with integral cross incorporating squared-terminal arms. Inscribed bronze plaques attached to side faces of plinth. White lettering.
