- Rectangular stone tablet with cornice. Incised inscription. Three carved diamond shapes within carved foliage border to form heading of the tablet. Shields carved within each diamond shape, right side regimental badge of the Bermuda Rifles, a shield in the centre and the badge of the Lincolnshire Regiment is depicted on the left side.
