Description
Bronze figure of Victory surmounting a Tuscan column and granite plinth, on a two stepped base. There are brass plaques with names for the First World War on the sides of the plinth, and the main dedication is laid with lead lettering on the front face of the upper base. The three bronze plaques for those of the Second World War are on the remaining three sides of the upper base. There is a stone tablet at the foot of the base, designed like an open book with the inscription laid in lead lettering upon the open pages.
