- THIS MEMORIAL IS ERECTED IN GRATEFUL MEMORY BY THE CONGREGATION RELATIVES AND FRIENDS. LEFT HAND PANEL: ISAIAH XL.9. "THEY SHALL NOT HURT NOR DESTROY FOR THE EARTH SHALL BE FULL OF THE KNOWLEDGE OF THE LORD, AS THE WATERS COVER THE SEA." CENTRE PANEL: ISAIAH 11.4 "HE SHALL JUDGE AMONG THE NATIONS, AND SHALL REBUKE MANY PEOPLE, AND THEY SHALL BEAT THEIR SWORDS INTO PLOUGHSHARES AND THEIR SPEARS INTO PRUNING HOOKS." RIGHT HAND PANEL: HEBREWS 1.8 "UNTO THE SON HE SAITH, THY THRON, O GOD, IS FOR EVER AND EVER: A SCEPTRE OF RIGHTEOUSNESS IS THE SCEPTRE OF THY KINGDOM."
