- STONE OBELISK STANDS IN FRONT OF CURVED WALL. OBELISK SET ON STONE PLINTH. INSCRIPTION CARVED INTO BASE. LAUREL WREATH IN RELIEF ON FRONT OF OBELISK. A CURVED STONE WALL BEARS TWELVE STONE TABLETS. THE SIX TO THE WEST OF THE OBELISK PRESUMABLY CARRY THE WW1 NAMES. OF THE SIX TABLETS TO THE EAST, EACH OF THE END TABLETS IS BLANK. THE OTHER FOUR CARRY THE WW2 NAMES.
