Description
Elaborately carved octagonal oak font cover with a pillar at each angle supporting flying buttresses which meet up to support the central feature - a Celtic cross surmounting a crown, supported by winged cherub heads. There are lilies carved between the pillars, above the carved inscription. The subject is also commemorated by four windows and a plaque in the former porch of the church (WMR 15628).
