Description
Ornate brass plaque on wall mounted wooden backboard. The central feature is a trefoil arched panel carrying the engraved inscription. This is surrounded by a black foliate border, with red tetra-foils with roses at their centres in the top corners. The dedication is blacked, with rubricated initial letters, and the names are all rubricated.
