- A Celtic style battlefield cross , the ends of the crossmember and upright cut to a trefoil shape .and with a circular plate set over the crossing point . The cross is painted pale grey with the dedication painted in black and extending along the cross member , the upright and the supports . Much of the cross is outlined in black
