Conservation Hall
The Conservation Hall is our largest event area. This versatile space comfortably accommodates up to 1,000 delegates, with break out and plenary rooms available in the Conference Centre.
It is a blank canvas space that can also be used to host exhibitions and product launches.

AirSpace Aircraft Hall
AirSpace is a dramatic exhibition, telling the story of British and Commonwealth aviation from the earliest pioneers to the latest hi-tech aircraft.
Containing over 30 aircraft, the exhibition is a unique setting for any event. Accommodating up to 1,000 guests, there is no finer way to dine than under the wings of Concorde.

Airside Suite Dining
For a more intimate occasion, guests can enjoy an exclusive after hours viewing of the AirSpace exhibition followed by dinner in the Airside Suite.
This premium room offers floor to ceiling windows and a private balcony with unrivalled views of the active runway.

American Air Museum
Our American Air Museum can be used for a spectacular reception space for your unique event.
This fantastic Hangar is the home to the last iconic Blackbird in Europe, amongst many other historic American aircraft.

As Greater Anglia, we held our annual summer party with IWM Events in June 2019. We had a fantastic time from the initial visit to meet the organisers to the very end clean up. The event was for 580 colleagues and their friends and families, all of different ages ranging from newborns to grandparents. Not only did the museum have so much to offer, we had our own private area with swanky portaloos (have you ever even heard of that?!), activities such as mini golf and a bouncy castle, music playing and our very own dining area.
The food - served by Powters, a trendy food truck - was so delicious. Our guests had a variety of dietary requirements which were all dealt with no hassle at all. We even had eight randomly selected guests go up in an airplane.
The best part for me as the GA side organiser was that the IWM Events girls were so easy to work with, they made our day the most smooth, fun and enjoyable experience for everyone who attended. The feedback we've had from all those who came has been resoundingly positive.
