Evening Events
Boasting three dining event spaces, IWM Duxford is perfect for your dining needs. Our largest space, the Conservation Hall, can accommodate up to 750 guests for a sumptuous three course meal and dance, whilst our AirSpace exhibition can accommodate up to 300 guests under the wing of the iconic Concorde.
For a more intimate occasion for up to 70, guests can enjoy an exclusive after hours viewing of the AirSpace exhibition followed by dinner in the Airside Suite.
Meetings and Conferences
IWM Duxford features a purpose-built Conference Centre housed within our award-winning AirSpace exhibition hangar, ideal for large conferences and meetings. The Conference Centre boasts eight individual rooms, designed for groups of 12 to 120 and is complemented by the Marshall Auditorium, a tiered lecture theatre which seats up to 200 delegates.
A dedicated conference reception with its own free ample car parking area makes access to the Conference Centre easy for your delegates, and an hours complimentary access to the museum can also be incorporated into your daytime meeting or conference.
Activities and Team Building
Outdoor Activities
Here at IWM Duxford there are plenty of authentic outdoor experiences for our guests and delegates to take part in. Be it the thrill of a tank ride in a genuine 432 armoured personnel carrier around our very own tank arena, or pleasure flights and flying experiences in a Tiger Moth or Dragon Rapide, these experiences are ideal for team-building activities.
Alternatively, if you’re looking for an extra special treat, we can also organise flying experiences in a range of vintage aircraft including the historic Spitfire through our on-site partner, Classic Wings.
Indoor Activities
If you’re looking for some indoor activities to enhance your guests experience here at IWM Duxford, we have plenty to choose from. From a “Who Am I?” Team Building Activity in both our Airspace Hangar and American Air Museum to private guided museum tours that help bring our collections to life with our experienced tour operators, there’s something to choose for everyone.
