Description
Foundation stone supporting a single-stepped rectangular base surmounted by a tapering rectangular sectioned plinth, capstone and tapering rectangular sectioned shaft and integrated wheel cross. Various knotwork designs in relief, on upper front face of shaft and front face of wheel cross. Two plinth faces bear the incised inscription and names, all infilled with black enamel paint.
