- Description
- Brass Cross on a wooden base. On the top surface of the base is a paper Roll of Honour in a glazed wooden frame, executed in calligraphy. All the text is in black ink, except the epitaph, the dates in columns 1 and 7, and the closing Latin text. which are in red.

- This scroll is dedicated in memory of the men of Dearnley/who died in the Great Wars 1914-1918 and 1939-1945/AT THE GOING DOWN OF THE SUN AND IN THE MORNING WE WILL REMEMBER THEM/ Column 1- 1914-1918/[names in columns 1 to 6] Column 7-[3 WW1 names/1939-1945/[WW2 names] Column 8-[WW2 names]/ REQUIESCAT IN PACE
