- Addition to family grave. Lead inlaid lettering on an arched headstone. Ivy leaves are carved in relief on the shaped top of the stone.

- In/ Loving Memory of/ OUR DEAR DAD/ EDWIN HAYWARD/ WHO DIED DECEMBER 3RD 1912/ AGED 65 YEARS/ We loved him well, but Jesus loved him best./ Also FRANK/ YOUNGEST SON OF THE ABOVE/ WHO WAS KILLED IN ACTION/ JULY 5TH 1916. AGED 20 YEARS./ His duty done.
