- Wall-mounted nowy-headed white marble tablet on support tablet. Moulded laurel wreath surrounding a latin cross in the head of the plaque. The first line of the dedication is arched around the wreath. Names are in two columns. The quotation is in italics.

- To the Glory of God/ and In Ever Grateful Memory of/ the Men of this Parish,/ who gave their lives,/ for King & Country in the Great War/ 1914-1919/ (NAMES)/ "GREATER LOVE HATH NO MAN THAN THIS./ THAT A MAN LAY DOWN HIS LIFE FOR HIS FRIENDS."/ ERECTED BY THE PARISHIONERS. 1921.
