- Wall mounted, oval, brown and white tablet. Centre top shows Crest of Royal Berkshire regiment and centre bottom shows an incised rose and foliage. Lettering in black.
- Inscription
- Crest: ROYAL BERKSHIRE / Inscription: In memory of Sec. Lieut / ANSON SHIRLEY HAMILTON / who died for his Country. / After much fighting he was / severely wounded at the / Battle of the Ancre / on 14th November 1916. / At rest 24th November 1916. / Aged 22 years. / Until the day break / and the shadows flee away.
