Paper Notelet - Roll call, 16.5cm high x 20cm wide when unfolded. The names are typewritten in capitals in two columns, the left-hand column for the 1914-18 war and the right-hand column one for the 1939-45 war. On the front is a printed copy of "The Praying Hands".
