- Memorial originally formed of a plinth surmounted by a figure of a serviceman wearing full kit and standing with arms reversed. Only the plinth now remains. Dedicatory inscription and names are inscribed on the plinth.

- Memorial was originally designed to be indoors. The figures were moved at some point between 1992 survey and 1997 survey. Lettering on the plinth is badly eroded. May 2002: One of our fieldworks spoke with a member of the congregation who believed that the figure was stolen but could give no details.
