- Three columns of tiles with inscription on set within a triangular-headed wooden frame, each section divided by a wooden column. Inscription in black lettering. Wreath carved in relief at the top of the frame. Oak leaves, laurel leaves and unknown flower painted at the bottom of each column of names.
