- Wall mounted, black stone backboard supporting a linear-nowy-headed white marble tablet incorporating a moulded border and waisted edges. Incised inscription and names infilled with black paint. Raised Latin cross enclosed by an open-topped, raised wreath, at top centre of tablet.
