- Description
- ENORMOUS CRUCIFIX WITH LIFE SIZE FIGURE OF CHRIST ON THREE STEPPED OCTAGONAL PLINTH. Three metal plates are attached to the base of the memorial - one contains the 40 names of the fallen from WW1 with the names listed in two columns, another plate contains the 28 names of the fallen from WW2, again the 28 names are listed in two columns and the last plate contains a single name (P J Allen who died in Afghanistan in 2009).
