c1990: Building sold and converted into flats by contractors Watkin Jones. 1988: Building listed as Grade II with Cadw. 1984:Building sold to Theatre Cymru. 1968: Chapel closed and sold to local university. The Connemara marble backboard that was part of the memorial was disposed of.
