FOUR COLUMNS, ONE AT EACH CORNER OF CENTRAL PLINTH. NAMES ON TWO SIDES IN INCISED BLACK LETTERING. THIRD SIDE BEARS INSCRIPTION. FOUR SIDE BEARS METAL SHIELD AND EMBLEM IN RELIEF.
