ORNATE TABLET AND RELIEF. PITCHED AT TOP WITH IONIC COLUMNS. CENTRAL PANEL IS MOUNTED RELIEF OF CAPT AGAR-ROBARTES SURROUNDED BY OVAL LAUREL RELIEF. INSCRIPTION IS BENEATH THE RELIEF IN BLACK LETTERING. FOLIATED DESIGN EITHER SIDE OF INSCRIPTION. FAMILY CREST TOP CENTRE.
