Ruins of buildings including an explosives factory burnt down by Partisans. Village was the scene in early May of the Second Anti-fascist Youth Congress of Tito's Army of Liberation; delegates from Montenegro arrive with their leader, a 21 year old girl with three years experience as a Partisan. View of Tito ("first film of") outside well-concealed HQ with two war correspondents including John Talbot. Since attacked.

Earlier victory parade through Tunis is recalled, with stock shot views of Generals Leese, Clark and Alexander but no film yet of the Allies in Rome.
