Mackenzie King, speaking in the Royal Gallery at the Palace of Westminster to an audience which includes Churchill (who introduces him), Eden, Anderson and Bevin as well as many other government members, emphasises the need to "keep a vision of a better future" and "make of our free British association a model of what the whole world will someday become."
