Object description
Pfc Verble Billings (of Route 1, Covington, Tennessee) rides an exercise bicycle in the remedial gymnasium at 8th Convalescent Hospital at Stoneleigh Park. Billings was with the field artillery and was wounded by shrapnel in the back of the knee near Tunis. Before the war, Billings worked on his father's farm in Covington.
