Rectangular stone tablet with geometric incised black border. The dedication is made in a central column flanked on either side by the names of those commemorated.

2008: The Brass WW1 received slight water damage whilst in the old building but has been restored. It was also placed in an oaken frame and is sited on the opposite wall. opposite the reception office.
