RECTANGULAR METAL PLAQUE ATTACHED TO THE SIDE OF THE PILLAR. INSCRIPTION IN RELIEF. PLAQUE HAS SLIGHT INSET SECTION AT THE TOP WITH A CAST FIGURE OF A MEMBER OF THE PARACHUTE REGIMENT PLACED WITHIN IT AT THE TOP OF THE PLAQUE IS A COLOURED BADGE OF THE PARACHUTE REGIMENT.
