Description
Long rectangular dedicatory stone tablet with three lancet headed tablets containing the names placed above it. Names are in black lettering and plain dedicatory inscription is carved in relief. At the top of the left name tablet is a shield with the cross of St Andrew on it placed within a wreath. At the top of the centre name tablet is a shield with the cross of St George on it placed within a wreath. At the top of the right hand name tablet is a shield with the cross of St David on it within a wreath

DATE UNKNOWN: THE MEMORIAL WAS ORIGINALLY BY THE ALTAR BUT WHEN THE CHURCH WAS EXTENDED THE ALTAR WAS MOVED TO THE OPPOSITE END OF THE CHURCH. THE MEMORIAL WAS LEFT WHERE IT WAS.
