- Description
- A simple rustic grey granite celtic cross with wheel-head set on a tapering pedestal of rustic blocks which rests on two steps. The commemoration and names of the WW1 dead are in lead lettering on dressed panels cut into the face of the pedestal, with the names of the WW2 dead listed on similar panels cut into both sides of the pedestal. The memorial stands within a small enclosure entered by an iron gate which bears the motif of two crossed rifles over a wreath.
