- A tall rectangular plinth, with corniced top, set on a three stepped base. Sculpted figure of an angel in thoughtful pose, holding a wreath in right hand. Plinth inscribed with 'PEACE'. The names panels are to the sides of the front faces, WW2 names inscribed on lower part of the Plinth on each side.
