- Brass plaque with curved top set witin an ornate marble surround. Surround has a pedimeted top and carved images on it Southampton crest at the top centre of the surround; small carving of St George and the Dragon in the bottom left corner; small carving of a daffodil and a shamrock in the bottom right hand corner. No mention of the Book of Remembrance at unveiling of W W1 tablet.
