Description
Rough-hewn granite Celtic cross with a Sword of Sacrifice with a gilt handle on a polished panel at its centre, mounted on a battered plinth, which bears the dedication and the middle set of names, plus that of Edith Cavell on its East face, with the other names being inscribed on the South and North faces. The names are incised and blacked on polished panels.

History
2015: The memorial has been fully restored and the inscription is now legible. 2009: The names are on the south and east sides are in very poor condition while the names on the north side are illegible. The Parochial Church Council is starting to look at a restoration scheme for the memorial.
