- Porch-wall mounted, portrait orientated, incised marble tablet. Gold coloured lettering. Squared relief in each corner of a flowerhead.
- Inscription
- TO THE GLORY OF GOD / AND IN GRATEFUL MEMORY OF / THE MEN OF PRESTON CAPES WHO / SERVED IN THE GREAT WAR 1914 -1919. / (5 NAMES) / (22 NAMES) / "THANKS BE TO GOD, WHICH GIVETH US THE / VICTORY THROUGH OUR LORD JESUS CHRIST."
