- Rectangular wooden frame with printed inscription above hand-written names with a crown at the top centre and a red line border around the edge; a red maltese cross at each corner. Additional names typed on plain paper to the right of inscription, possibly the names of those who served and returned home; all under glass. Lettering in solid Black, Red and black script.
