Nowy headed stone tablet with a moulded inner boarder, supported by two rectangular brackets. above the inscriptions is a laurel wreath in low relief encircling he words "THE/ WORLD/ WAR" and a ribbon bearing the dates 1939-1945. The inscription is in blackened roman caps.
