- An oblong brass plaque on a wooden frame. The plaque has a thin double line incised border with a small motif at each corner, and an incised inscription in upright capital block lettering, all coloured black. The plaque bears the maker's mark in the bottom right corner. The wooden frame has a moulded edge.
