PREPARE FOR A HUGE DAY OUT

IWM Duxford stands apart from other aviation museums because the site is an exhibit in itself. It played a central role in some of the most dramatic days in 20th century history - serving as a base for many of the Spitfire and Hurricane pilots who fought the Luftwaffe in the Battle of Britain.

You may not be able to visit today but you can still discover the true stories behind battles such as Dunkirk and Battle of BritainSign up to our eNews, and over the coming weeks we will send you some handpicked favourites from our collection.
